The hotel is situated in a nice area, ideal for US Visa renewals, with walkable distances to the consulate and the bio-metrics center. The location is excellent with plenty of local transport nearby, but the lack of air conditioning may be uncomfortable, particularly for solo female travelers.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms are neatly decorated with good amenities. After expressing concerns, we were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost due to the initial room conditions. Despite being the same size, they are named differently.
Service
7.0
The service staff, from the porter to the receptionist, is very friendly and helpful. They have good knowledge of issues faced by US visa aspirants, although they might overcharge for minor issues like food stains on linens.
Location
6.0
The area is tearingly beautiful and extremely convenient for US Visa needs. However, as a solo female traveler, I felt a bit unsafe in this specific location.
Dining

The dining options are limited but claim to be available during specified hours. Nearby restaurants like Palmgrove-Menaka and Shree Mithai offer excellent vegetarian choices.

Delicious vegetarian couscous is available, enhancing the dining experience.

My stay at the hotel was quite nice overall. The rooms needed a bit of general upkeep, but were really nice. However, they didn't have a phone, and there was some smell the first time you entered. The service was a bit of a mixed bag - some staff were friendly and helpful, while others misbehaved and were very rude. I remember one incident where a staff member suggested a bucket of hot water as a ridiculous option. The location, though, is the only real great thing about this hotel as it's close to both the biometric center and the consulate itself. The dining experience had limited food options, but was great for South Indian food lovers.

The hotel location is excellent for those visiting the US consulate, offering easy access to both the consulate and biometric center. The rooms had issues with cleanliness and toiletries but were upgraded to a suite after complaining. The service was lacking in politeness and professionalism, although some staff members were nice and accommodating. The dining experience was basic, suitable for those who enjoy South Indian cuisine. The hotel's best feature is its prime location, convenient for visa applicants and consulate visitors.

I found the hotel to be conveniently located, especially for those visiting the US consulate, although the rooms were not up to standard even though I had booked in advance. The service was very friendly and helpful, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is perfect if you need to be near the US consulate, but be prepared for hot weather. Facilities were decent, but the value for the price paid could have been better.

The hotel is conveniently located near both the biometric center and the US consulate, making it ideal for visa applications. The rooms are average in size, clean, and the bathrooms show signs of aging. The service was lacking responsibility and charged excessive fees for minor issues. However, there were stolen items from the room, detracting from the overall experience.

I found the hotel's location to be extremely ideal for anyone visiting for the US Visa, as it is centrally located and within walking distance to the consulate and biometric center. The staff's service was mostly courteous, although there were moments of misbehavior and rudeness. The dining experience had a limited choice but was good for someone on a diet. The rooms had a slight initial smell, and there was no phone for emergencies, but room service for tea and coffee was available. Overall, the hotel is convenient for US Visa appointments but has room for improvement in some areas.

However, the rooms lack hot water throughout the day, and cleanliness issues were noted, including the presence of cockroaches and stained towels.
